We were given the opportunity to work with Kansas City’s chamber of commerce. The KC Chamber reached out to us to find ways to safely return to their office since COVID-19 caused them to work digitally only. We were able to visit their office at Union Station and have multiple Zoom meetings to work through the issue of returning in person. Because LEAD has been providing an in person option since the beginning of the school year we used our guidelines and social distancing arrangements as an example. We even showed off our “Stick of Destiny” that we use to measure 6 feet for distancing.
